La Sfoglia can be used without prior cooking. To prepare delicious homemade lasagna, simply layer La Sfoglia sheets and plenty of sauce (ragù or simple tomato sauce) together with mozzarella cheese, béchamel and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. You can also make delicious vegetarian lasagna with seasonal vegetables and cheese sauces. If you prefer, you can cook La Sfoglia in advance by dipping it in plenty of salted water for 1-2 minutes.
