Product description
Reperso rice is produced exclusively in the province of Vercelli, Piedmont and is based on an agricultural tradition that protects the area and is grown with respect for nature.
This rice is the result of over ten years of research and five years of field experiments, which have led to the development of a unique variety through the recultivation of old rice varieties.
Each grain is remarkably large and uniform, which has earned Reperso the classification "Fuori Tipo" – a designation for rice with special grain characteristics.
With its delicate flavor, natural creaminess and pleasant texture, Reperso is particularly well suited to dishes where the rice's own character is allowed to shine through.
Production is limited and carefully controlled to ensure consistently high quality, and the rice is aimed at those who appreciate authentic ingredients and craftsmanship.
